Stenner Pump Company has been offering the best metering pumps in the industry for more than 50 years, making them the number one choice of water professionals. They have cultivated an impeccable reputation for producing products with exceptional reliability, dependability, and easy of use. The Classic Series single head pumps from Stenner Pump Company are the perfect solution for treating problem water.

The pumps are available as adjustable or fixed output, making them ideal for accurate and repeatable injection of chemicals or liquid additives. The interchangeable pump heads and tubes allow you to convert one model to another without having to purchase a new pump. In addition, the QuickPro patented pump head allows easy and fast tube replacement without tools.

Benefits of the Classic Series head pumps include:

  • The pump head requires no valves, allowing for easy maintenance.
  • It is self-priming against maximum working pressure, meaning a foot valve is not required.
  • The pump does not lose prime or vapor lock.
  • It can run dry and does not clog from dirt and debris.
  • It can pump off-gassing solutions without losing prime

Single Head Adjustable Pump

The single head adjustable pump can dose solutions for pH control or to oxidize iron, hydrogen sulfide, or manganese for removal by filtration. Common water treatment applications include disinfection, pH control or adjustment, corrosion and scale control, and oxidation. It can also be used for sanitizing swimming pool water and maintaining pool equipment.

The Classic Series single head adjustable metering pump is built with three detachable components: the motor, feed rate control, and the pump head. The output is determined by the rpm of the motor gears, the setting on the feed rate control, and the pump tube size. The motor shaft rotates at a fixed rpm, which drives the feed rate control to intermittently engage the roller assembly within the pump head on the external dial ring. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10, offering an adjustable output range from 5 percent to 100 percent in 2.5 percent increments.

The Classic Series single head adjustable metering pump is categorized into two sub-series:

45 Series

  • 0.2 to 22 gpd up to 100 psi
  • 0.2 to 50 gpd up to 25 psi
  • 26 rpm

85 Series

  • 0.3 to 40 gpd up to 100 psi
  • 0.3 to 85 gpd up to 25 psi
  • 44 rpm

Single Head Fixed Pump

The Classic Series single head fixed output pump is a peristaltic metering pump that injects solutions at a fixed rate. It can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed for disinfecting drinking water for animal health or homeowners. It can also be installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. Additional uses include pH control, oxidation, corrosion and scale control, and more.

The Classic Series single head fixed output metering pump is built with two detachable components: the motor and the pump head. The fixed rate pump does not have an output adjustment. The output is determined by the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the pump tube. The motor’s output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm, which drives the roller assembly within the pump head.

The Classic Series single head fixed metering pump is categorized into two sub-series:

45 Series

  • 3, 10 or 22 gpd up to 100 psi
  • 3, 10, 22, 35, or 50 gpd up to 25 psi
  • 26 rpm

85 Series

  • 5, 17, or 40 gpd up to 100 psi
  • 5, 17, 40, 60, or4 85 gpd up to 25 psi
  • 44 rpm
